Talk Minutes are the 60-second increments accrued while making or taking a phone call.
All Talk In Church memberships have a monthly fair use Talk Minute threshold of one thousand (1,000) minutes per caller. For example, if a church has three (3) callers under its plan, the church’s limit for its monthly Talk Minutes will collectively be three thousand (3,000) minutes.
It’s important to understand that the vast majority of Talk In Church members — over 99% — don’t reach our monthly Talk Minute threshold.
If an account requires more Talk Minutes than our subscription plans support, we’ll reach out to the member to explore alternative options. These options may include; upgrading to a custom plan, bringing down monthly usage, or even migrating off of our platform if Talk In Church is no longer the best solution for their needs.
If a member does exceed the Talk Minute threshold, they can expect automated notifications alerting them of this. If their high usage continues, the member will receive direct outreach from the Talk In Church team. Members will have thirty (30) days to respond to our team and reach a resolution; during that time, there will be no changes to their account or service.
If a resolution is not reached within 30 days, Text In Church may suspend the Member’s access to the Service in accordance with the Terms of Service.
Talk In Church offers members access to a report in their account that shows monthly Talk Minute usage.
Devices are the electronic computers used to access Talk In Church from the internet, including desktop computers, laptop computers, and mobile phones.
Talk In Church has a device limitation that allows each caller on the account to access Talk In Church on two (2) desktop or laptop computers and one (1) mobile phone.
If a caller on the account requires more devices than allowed, they may contact support to explore alternative options. Those options can include upgrading to a custom plan that better fits their usage requirements.
If a caller exceeds the number of devices allowed, they can expect automated notifications alerting them of this. If a resolution is not reached and the caller continues to exceed the number of devices allowed, Text In Church may suspend the Member’s Talk In Church account in accordance with the Terms of Service.
