There are a few areas of the website that are still lacking in information specifically directed at someone looking to checkout the Journey. Over the next few weeks lets dialog around some specific missing nuggets and see what we can hammer out.

What could someone expect if they were to come Sunday morning to the Journey?

I posted this comment yesterday under the Forum Topic: “Just For Fun”. However, I probably should have placed this excerpt here instead. My fault, but thanks in advance should you choose to add something to the website. Kent

I would like to propose that the Journey Talk in Church web site create and entirely new Forum Topic entitled: “Good News”. My rationale behind this is quite simple. Each of us have some very Amazing Grace Events taking place in our lives as we Journey together (by the grace of our wonderful God) through Life.

im sure you noticed that there are a few new things going one here. besides the new look there are a few functional changes that i think will really help.

Okay, so I am wondering where everyone has gone and why they have gone? There used to be lots of conversations on the forum, where is everyone? Maybe a better question is why do people not post? There are a 193 registered users and about 5 people post. I am guilty of not posting as well, but I am trying to figure out how we can get the conversation going again. Here are some reasons I think people do not post are there more?

1. Content. Not interested in the topics being posted. What topics would you like to talk about?

did you notice the new “pretty” URLs (web addresses)? I was really tired of the node/289 so i changed to a nicer forums/general_discussion/name_tag_poll

what do you think?

the user pages are now /people/jeffmincey and you can access all the tags at /tags and for specific tags /tags/unconference

I’ve been thinking about creating a series of comedic viral commercials (wow that sounds like a STD) to point people to TalkInChurch.com

Do we have a group on YouTube that anyone is allowed to upload to?
