Ideas for Breaking out of the Mold

More outdoor services at different locations
On a Sunday morning, we have one combined gathering…then, we pray as a group and ask God to show us what to do as a church to obey him. Then we organize as a church to do what he tells us.
Listen to what people want to talk about
Throw out time restraints
Ask the children what to do - they aren’t civilized yet

When you have new people sitting beside [you] that you have not met, make them feel welcome.
Invite the homeless over for dinner.
[Focus community impact days on] a ministry
Go to local homeless camps, get in the trenches, and work with the homeless until the camps are empty.
