    During the July we will explore how the early church used spiritual disciplines to encourage growth in their relationship with God.

    Our key text will be Celebration of Discipline by Richard Foster. This text provides simple instruction for developing an understanding and application of spiritual disciplines in real life.
    Cost for the book: $15.00
    Cost for the JGA course $ 5.00:

    During each session we will explore different disciplines with the hope that they will become an integral part of your spiritual exercise program.

    Session One – Explores the topics of Introduction to the Disciplines, Meditation, Fasting
    Two times to choose from:
    July 9th (Thursday, 7-9pm)
    OR July 12th (Sunday, 1-3)

    Session Two – Explores the topics of Simplicity, Solitude, Confession
    Two times to choose from:
    July 16th (Thursday, 7-9pm)
    OR July 19th (Sunday, 1-3)
