Sunday June 1 De-brief

Some positive about Sunday:

liked the strong interaction, brainstorm time, creative ideas.
like the puzzle pieces and Jeff reading them (numerous people said.. hey you read my puzzle piece to Jeff).
Teresa was good AGAIN.
Ambience ROCKED… like have two side screens.. .liked big screen coming in.
liked color on stage, little colored rugs
semi-circle chairs in rows worked fine
Band “Brought it” - Ted and Matt get into it. good.

Jeff stating goals was helpful / good

Some needs improvement
slow beginning to Jeff’s message… and too much into John 17.. plus Jeff’s constant “commentary” made it even harder to feel like we were moving forward.

One other comment: Amy O (during first hour) some perceived those comments as ‘negative’ or too obnoxious toward Jeff… Jeff didn’t feel that way… but need to be aware of how those who are new might perceive that?

Need to have posted on the website the brainstorm ideas SOONER! Like having someone do it DURING the experience…
