Asking for your prayers

Hello everyone, I am not sure everyone knows me or not, my name is Rose Worster, my husband Dale and I moved here to this coast a little over a year ago from Maine. Yes Maine . We didn’t want to spend our whole lives living in one small area of the country and set out for a bit of adventure on the west coast. We’ve had so many fun days more in one year here, than we’ve experienced any where else; memories, adventures and we have met the most amazing people. Finding The Journey almost a year ago was so wonderful; the gathering of hearts here was awe inspiring to say the least. We love our community at Journey… it feels like coming home. We are so blessed to call many of you our dear, dear friends. We couldn’t feel more blessed with the friendships, the fellowship and the kind hearts we’ve found at Journey.
Many of you may already know that Dale was laid off a few months ago. Which isn’t very uncommon for this area, but is a new to our work history. Being here for a little over a year we just don’t have the networks in place to have an ‘in’ with some of the companies. On average in this area, it can take 4 to 6 months from application to hire without an ‘in network/referral’ person. Any one here who does know Dale, asking for help is something he has to work really hard at. Still, he has reached out to our friends for help, ideas and support in finding a new career in the area. I am asking if you can keep us in your prayers, since we don’t know where we are suppose to call home next, but we know God has a plan for all of us. Please just pray for God’s peace in our hearts and his guidance while we are going through times of such uncertainty. Thank you and God Bless.
