LTG Re-launch

Journey Leaders,
Sunday Night (January 11th) - Leader’s Roundtable meeting was an important step for us.
As we discussed the level of “IT” in our lives and in our church - and then specifically heard the recommendations of our LTG Leadership Team: Mark Lane, Doug Richardson, and Devon Carlock.

In the next 3 months intensely and over the next year…We need to do a major push forward and deeper with our LTG efforts. When I say “WE” - I mean that. “WE” as leaders in the church. “WE” as key players in our own LTG groups.

Here is my request:

1 Download the Attached powerpoint file - Mark used on Sunday night - review the material and recognize again the significance of the findings - specifically about the impact of SCRIPTURE and spiritual friendships - leading toward the ‘engine’ of a church - those who are self-feeders and in the more mature stages of faith.

2 RE-commit to having your own LTG be consistent, scripture focused, and establish a set of principles and guidelines. (DRAFT attached)

3 HELP: find one other person YOU can personally help get into an LTG in the next month. Consider being a “fire starter” or part of the “GEEK squad.”

4 Communicate with Mark Lane: sparkmark77@sbcglobal.net He will be quarterbacking our efforts.
