best sites/locations to look for places to rent condo, homes, apartments
Starting a new search for renting in this area, we’ve been renting an apartment near West Oakridge mall we’ll be giving our notice end of Feb.(unless they give us some kind of deal so we continuing renting from them). More than likely we need to start checking out places the beginning of Jan. We are interested in finding the best places to look for this area, on the web it is overwhelming and renter books haven’t been up to date with prices. Santa Clara is where the job is but we’d like to stay close to the Journey also. Any ideas and/or input would very helpful.
Should I also put this topic in the general discussion group?

If you are still looking, there are a lot of apts going up for rent in my area which is Los Gatos near the Campbell border. They are in 4 plexes. I am not sure how much, but there is one in my building that is supposed to be available in Feb. 3br 2ba for $1645.00/mo. I have lived in this building for over 2 years and it is a nice, safe area. They have rent control, so when the rent was raised for the first time this year it was only $88 more which is a lot less than most have been of the people I know. Let me know if your interested.
