She is the 69 year old widow.. we helped clean out her house for community impact day.
The current bed she sleeps on is not acceptable.

Virtual Assistant Needed
for Executive Coaching Business
Seeking virtual administrative assistant to support south bay executive coaching firm.
Job Includes:
- Mailings and marketing items
- Managing the calendar
- Processing invoices
- Banking matters
- Travel arrangements
- Office supplies and errands
- Variety other items as requested
- Supporting company founder in all endeavors
Requirements
Work mostly from your own fully equipped home office (phone, fax, hi speed internet, Office software), with the ability to come to south San Jose home on occasion.
Knowledge of Word and Excel required
Filemaker Pro and Quickbooks a plus but not required
Mac OS X computer necessary (or we will furnish one)
Extremely detail oriented
Excellent customer phone manner
Quick response (request responses within 1 business day)
Self motivated and good at follow up
Hours are flexible at your discretion (preferred to be generally carried out between 9 – 5). 10-15 hours a week – work from your location, with some visits to south San Jose.
Typically a great job for moms, graduate students, or others who enjoy working some hours but need the flexibility. $15/hr, a 1099 position.
