Yes, I meant Frances, sorry for my mis-spelling!

Frances and her husband Skippy brought a huge wealth of religious knowledge to the church. Where did they go and why?

I am responding on behalf of the Elders and Jeff:

This week Frances was asked to leave the staff of The Journey. Since July of 2005, Frances has served on our staff using her gifts to impact our church. We have a great deal of affection and appreciation for her. Over a period of many months, Frances’ relationship with Jeff has grown increasingly challenged. After many intense meetings, prayer, and discernment, the Elders and the HR team recommended that Frances step away from the staff. We hope that Frances stays close with the Journey community and we seek God’s blessings as she and Matt consider future employment.

We are available to talk with you more about this in person, if you so desire.

Although I think it is great that Arlet and the elders responded, I would recommend talking to Frances or Jeff directly if you have any questions or concerns in regards to her whereabouts. This forum is probably not the best way to seek the answers to which you seek :)

I will miss my dear sister Frances. We had a great relationship and I really enjoyed working with her. She would do anything for anyone at anytime, no questions ask. She might of had her opinion on things and want to debate a topic and I think this is why I liked her so much. Sister if you come accross this, please call me ok. I’ll be praying for you and Skip.
