What is the purpose of this site and this forum?
Looking over this site and comments and the questions, I am wondering, am I welcome?
I’m not gonna call myself a Christian, I have my own views. However I enjoy spiritual discussion and attending the journey to learn and seeing how it applies to my life.
So on this site, when I am debating whether gay marriage matters to the Christian church, should I put an star next to my name not a christian but willing to discuss
I’m not trying to be fallacious. I am wondering, what are the spiritual qualifications, if any and the assumptions associated with posting on this site?

You’re certainly welcome as far as I’m concerned (but then again, I often feel as out of place as you seem to and I helped start this church).
I think the only qualifications/assumptions that go with posting on this site is that you are interested growing spiritually, respectful to others here, and as willing to listen as you are to speak.

You do not need any qualifications to be on this site. Christian or not please answer. I believe people should treat others respectfully and go by the golden rule. Treat others how you want to be treated. I hope you will continue to explore and glad you are coming to the Journey.
