The sometimes forgotten 21-30 singles group
hey all - just wondering how all the discussions are going regarding the forgotten singles in this age category. My son and daughter are in this group, and at times they feel sort of lost as far as connecting with others their age. Maybe this age is a hard one because it’s one of the smaller groups. There seems to be more attention to couples and less on singles in this age bracket. Any thoughts out there? LTGs are the place to start, I suppose…

Hey Doug,
I recommend a group called, Tradewinds Small Group (This is not a couples group). This is a group made up of people your daughter’s age…though I have never met your son. There is a post in the bulletin every Sunday about it! They will find contact information there. We’d love to see them! We are a friendly group who meet once a week on Wednesday nights. We have had a lot of dynamic changes over the years, and we make the group what we bring into it. Let me know if you think they need personal invites…I would be happy to extend both my hands ;)

Rachel has been to the group before, and Jon might come if someone called. He’s been showing more interest in The Journey lately, but his job makes it difficult to attend because he works all swing shifts and one midnight shift as well, and his sleep schedule is kind of crazy now.
