Preface to 30 Days to Live

in

I’m a senior citizen, so my persepctive may differ from some of the younger Take The Journey Church members. Scripture tells us in 1 John 2:23-25 that if we have the Son (Jesus) then, we also have the Father. Nowhere are we promised “tomorrow”, but rather we are promised “Today”. So if we were given thirty (30) days to live what would we actually do?

As mentioned in the first sentence of the paragraph above “I’m as senior citizen”. I have just recently made all of my final arrangements (creamation, urn - if Jane wants to keep the ashes for a short period -, headstone and cemetary issues) so that there will be no additional stress placed on my WONDERFUL WIFE at the time of my passing. Shipping of my remains to the Heartland of this country (specifically, in my case, Giltner, Nebraska) where both sides of my family resided from mid-1850s and, some still are at present, is already taken care of.

This being said, I would also strongly recommend that one should make the very important effort to resolve any and all conflicts with parents, children, and other family members.

P.S. Personally, I would spend every minute (43,200 minutes available in 30 days) to finish the book that the Lord asked me to write for HIM back “Once A Nation Under God” in January 2008, to complete the entire manuscript.

For additional information on God’s Plan for familiy financial strength, I would recommend using your internet connection to order (one of my very dear Christian friends, Dr. Gary North’s _ PhD in Economics) the book “The Siani Stratrgy” available online for order throuth American Vision at http://www.americanvision.org “Faith without works is dead” cf James 2:14-20

Absolutely no offence is intended to anyone by my posting this comment.
