Web technology is only useful if it builds friendship and community and helps people grow spiritually.
We are NOT becoming an online church.
Same Biblical teaching, Jesus focused truth will be our main focus while embracing those around us… “one hand in on the Bible…one hand out.” Input from users will help us become more relevant…but spiritual direction will still be set by prayerful leadership (not by opinion polls)
People will increase investment, involvement, commitment as they have more input on the direction, formation of our church.

Creative ideas and input for ministries and worship experience elements will get “Green Light” from the appropriate leadership – what is implemented will be prayerfully determined.
Online forum and in person forum groups will give everyone a chance to input ideas and opinions – not all ideas will be chosen – this reality has the potential to ‘hurt feelings’ but it also has the potential to help people improve ideas or realize they are unique in their desires and still accepted and valued.
