Journey Play Group

Becky and I were the only ones at play group this Friday. We were hoping to see more of you. Like we had talked about at the unconference, we want to switch the time/day/place every month. Looks like Friday afternoon was hard for people to make it. Would someone like to suggest a different day and time? And another park? I really like the idea of changing times and places to let everyone have a chance to come. Let’s get this figured out before this next week creeps up on us, so that we can know when it’s going to be. Open for any suggestions….

I’m sorry I couldn’t make it on short notice. I’d love to meet you guys and watch the kiddos play. We used to meet at places that had bathrooms althought the funny thing is I have two boys who will go wherever there is a tree :). We used to go to the park behind Hayes mansion near frontier village. Also we would meet at Cahalan park, La Colina park, Greystone park, Jakes playlot. There were a few others as well that will come to me after I’m done I’m sure.

We would also meet at the same park for months just because it was convenient to all who would come. Oh yeah, If it rained we would meet at the playground in Oak Ridge Mall. Anyway, whatever you guys figure out please keep me posted and hopfully I can make it with the boys. ~Frank

I plan on being at the Hayes park tomorrow (Monday) around 10. This is assuming I can find it. I hope to see some of you parents there!

Next Monday we will be meeting at the park at Hayes Mansion at about 9am. Another group might be meeting on another day so if next Monday doesn’t work post here what does work for you.
